Christian Cowan is the one to push the limits when it comes to fashion. Whether it’s sending a hot pink feather-sleeve dress down the runway or designing a collection inspired by The Powerpuff Girls. But this time his New York Fashion Week collection was more focused on glitters than on luxury. His collection featured three main prints this time: Cheetah/leopard, a green leaf-like print, and a firework print.

Although most of the silhouettes used were basic, they were well-constructed, and Cowan’s final runway look — a huge purple bow dress was the most memorable from the collection.

6. Dion Lee

Australian designer Dion Lee is an inspiration for everyone to be a minimalist in the most maximalist way possible. This season’s collection started with a dark palette and progressed into shibori tie dyed blues and oranges.
